The Book of Joshua is one of the most difficult and controversial books in scripture, filled with stories of conquest, violence, and divine commands that have troubled readers for centuries. Rather than avoiding these tensions, this series invites us to face them honestly and ask what they reveal about God, power, community, and memory. Together, we will wrestle with how Joshua has been used to justify harm and consider how a faithful reading might instead lead us toward justice, mercy, and humility.
